Working as an AIN (1 Viewer)

For anyone whos an AIN, i was wondering if you could give me a bit of a summary of what it means to be an AIN...what are you allowed to do, what are you not allowed to do, is it difficult, do you get moved around the hospital alot, and if so, do you find it hard to adapt to the particular ward? And what would you recommend, working as an AIN in a nursing home or in a hospital?
