Well that sucks cause my store only opened a little over a month ago

I've been accepted to work at a new woolies (its still being built) however i completed my induction at a different store How can i get my pay slip for my pay which i received this morning

I'm 14yo and i've got a group assesment coming up but dont know what to wear. I dont have any formal style clothes and only have boardshorts and stuff like that WHAT SHOULD I WEAR??? Any help would be much appreciated
