I'd just like to add I've also seen those exact statistics, so they definitely exist. And as Omium said the values > 100 and < 0 are very possible, I study QMB so I know this.

Transfers are via UAC, so I don't believe so. Although that WAM+UAI combination isn't TOO bad, is it? Perhaps you can just try for a transfer to a HECS place.

edit: this part is inaccurate (for the most part), i should say. HD average is a bit over the top as I know people with UAI's in the 80's with high credit WAM's who transferred to commerce. Also it's not exactly 50/50 WAM/UAI. The TER cut offs are also different.

u can get special glue to create a double eye lid although it can have bad effects such as stretching ur eye lid

afaik they haven't released any solid information regarding the process at least i was never able to get a solid answer on it when i had a few questions
