.0060?

Please don't neg rep me if its wrong haha XD
in the exam include the zero before the point however, if you .603 or .956
it will make it hard to mark and you may lose a mark because they dont understand answer, always 0.603, any dots just lying around will confuse you , and your marker

trust me

some would round to 2 DECIMAL places in the heat of the moment by not reading the question correctly ( assuming you do this under exam conditions).

some would drop the zero after the six ( it is important that stays)

some would round up

and some would think it is already to 2 significant figures ( and thus round to two decimal places) because they dont know the zero between the non zero digits is significant.

by "some", i mean lots, not just one or two

the most important about math: you gotta get enough sleep each night. It will help you think much more clearly and efficiently.

Some sports activities also help.

Relax yourself. Great mathematicians tend to do that. :)

Are 3U methods allowed in 2U exam?

I ask because 3U methods are no in 2U syllabus.
No, they aren't. Primarily for the reason you gave. What's the point in them assessing you if you aren't going to use the things that the course was meant to teach you?
