Which one do you feel is better?
and in what aspects?

I'm just curious because at the moment, my school has been just average (it has its ups and downs) and I want to look forward to something more exciting!

It depends. Some people like it, some people hate it.

Uni life is a billion times better.

More freedom.

More alcohol.

More yay!

And less shit people.

Like, you don't have to deal with dumb-as-fuck people that were at most schools.

UWS MBBS - Only speak to med kids. All of whom are not retarded.

Also, like, I already know heaps of people in the area so it's okay. Yay.

Days off! (but sometimes have really long days at uni)

More FREEDOM

More like-minded people

Prefer uni. People are more mature and you have the freedom to make what you want out of yourself academically and socially.

I know it sounds very corny, but I miss seeing my mates everyday. Call me crazy, but I also miss the routine of it (going in from 9-3, I even miss the uniforms).
So basically, you like having a sense of security?

I thought high school was great at the time, but once I left, I realised how limiting it was and there's no way I could go back to the 9-3 + uniforms + being told what to do now that I've experienced a fairly self-directed lifestyle.

No idea how I'm going to deal with going into the graduate workforce.

By the way, what are you planning on doing?

Figure it out when I get there?

Definitely some post-grad study. Or radio school. But mostly the post-grad study. I can't actually see myself not studying, so perhaps a research or teaching position would be good for me.

Cool! I hope that works out for you.

I preferred school. I look back on it and see that I really enjoyed my time there, but I look back at last session and think of how much of a chore it was.

High school is one of the easiest times of your life. Even the HSC is easy compared to what life will be like once you finish high school (whether you go to university or not and simply find a job).

University is better for me. I do miss having teachers and classmates that I knew really well and being able to have fun in class. But at uni, I get to study things that interest me a lot more (even if they are sometimes kinda boring) compared to english and SOR.

I agree a lot with this. In high school the opportunities that were presented to us outside of the classroom were kinda limited and academically you just went to class and did assessments. At uni I've found that there are a lot of opportunities to get involved socially, do extra curricular activities and even more academic related things like research scholarships.
