If you ever have a class in there good luck finding it. The rooms there on the second floor are in the most retarded order:
254, 253, 259, 261, 266, 263 etc.

If you want windy stand in the entrance of the main quad, or on the road down to Manning.

It's cause all the dirty fucking commerce students don't wash their hands. Dirty people.

Main level of the communist microbio building toilets are the worst smelling. bleurgh!

EDIT: Campus 2020 looks pretty fine with its perfectly aligned avenues and whatever, but I'm a bit saddened that my beloved Chemistry building (as I already knew) isn't included in the plans. :(

EDIT2: Haha. The university has assumed that they'll win out on the Eveleigh project, and have included their plans in the report. lolz.

What's happening to it, being demolished?

I've heard that the Transient Building is protected under some sort of order, because of it's cultural and historical significance.

Only been to usyd once, but here are a few points
- too many asians (same as uts and unsw)
- blatant left wing propaganda everywhere (just like every other uni)
- campus is too fucking big

Yeah it's actually heritage listed as post-war architecture or something to that effect.

I remembers learning this in Aust history.

But yes. Cannot be torn down apparently.

All of the shit lecture theatres: Carslaw/Woolley/Latin, etc.
Having most of your classes in one place, then, like, one in Bosch or R.M.C.
Fuckwits jabbering on in the library.
Too many international students.
Panhandlers camping outside Fisher or wherever.

Hmm, Transient isn't shown as heritage listed on page 68 of the Campus 2020 plan. Indeed part of the proposal is "Removal of Chemistry and Transient buildings and redevelop with sympathetic new building"

EDIT: It's not listed in the heritage register

We have a shit library. Unfortunately it is heritage listed.

"Fisher Library is an international modern style reinforced concrete framed three storey building with cantilevered floor and roof slabs. The design of the building clearly shows the influence of Mies Van de Rohe."

Fisher Library is ugly but not as ugly as the footbridge between Wentworth and the rest of the uni. What in the world are those ugly green things that don't shade you from rain or shine?!

Architectural outrage!

Yeah see I couldn't see a tin shed as being heritage list material. I wonder what's kept them from tearing it down sooner.

The library is ok, the stack is the ugly part.

Chem and Transient buildings being demolished?

They just did a whole interior reno on the Transient, good waste of money that was if it's being torn down.

Totally apart from the physical campus, the thing I hate most about USyd is the dreaded scaling.

I actually love Fisher, love that sort of modernist architecture!
