simple question, if you are doing subjects like my self, which are not the easiest subjects I would say.

What marks would get you a UAI of 80+..

I'm aiming for between these70< UAI < 85-90

It depends on the uni, cuz different uni different B education uai's..

soo yeah also can past people post up their old hsc results that got them a uai of 80+

Thanks for your time.

Everyone always says that since i do 4U, i'm automatically going to get 90+ UAI because the scaling is like totally awesome you know, like if i get 10/100, it scales like all da way to like 1000

Around Band 5 + ish for an 80+ UAI, fiddle around with SAM.

Man i would say anything above 75 is respectable... by that i mean in terms of work ethic...

obviously a large difference between 79 and 99.

I know a girl who last got;

Pdhpe 92
cafs 92
adv eng 74
math adv 70
Bio 80

and got 79.75

To conics, i am pretty sure you can get 80+. Besides those number you putting in are raw marks yeah? For Sam you are putting in HSC alined mark, not raw marks. Soo yeah. . .

Just to give you a rough idea, i do physics, chemistry, esl english, 3 and 4 unit maths. It i put in 80 for all my subject, i get a uai of 91 point something, from what i can recall . . . soo it wont be too difficult to get 80+ since you are doing 3 and 4 unit maths and doing soo well in it. Thats what i believe. . .

Basically, any course with a number of 25.0 is scaled averagely, anything above it is scaled well, anything below it tends to have below average scaling. Don't take notice of the English Advanced and English Standard numbers. They are scaled the same way every year.

Keep in mind that it changes every year. Most courses remain in similar positions though. And don't worry too much about the scaling. High marks rarely get scaled down a lot.
