Re: travel concession, there's often a window of time where you can spin some shit to the bus driver and he (or she :p) will let you pay a concession fare. Maybe this doesn't work on any old bus, but it's worked before for me and I guess it helps that my bus was going to uni.. Though I know my brother did it for a little and he was going to Hamilton so who knows haha.

I guess the exception to this is the train. Or if a travel inspector is on the bus/train

better learn how to use a washing machine hey.....
Man up. You put some washing powder in, push a few buttons and walk away. Be sensible about what clothes you put in with what. Too easy.

Yeh, the shit part is doing anything after shoving the clothes in the washing machine. If you put in the effort to either place/roughly fold your clothes into the washing basket (though don't leave them tooooo long) or hang them straight up after hanging on the line, you won't need to iron unless you're anal :)

I hang my washing up on hangers straight after it comes out of the washing machine, then hang them outside. That way you avoid the "pegging" bit and none of the clothes need ironing.

Or you could wash the way I once saw a boy I know do it.

1. Pile as much clothes as you can fit in an armful into the washer.
2. Squirt as much dishwashing liquid as comes out in one go. (Yes dishwashing liquid!)
3. Press button. When cycle is complete hang them on the line.
4. Take clothes off the line when needed. No ironing. Put on.

This also addressed the need for clothes storage. Just leave 'em on the line!

I swear my clothes have weathered 40 degree heat, thunderstorms, and strong wind.

Sometimes all in the same day.

Err no, that's not how you get clean clothes.

Step 1) Buy a clothes basket
Step 2) Put dirty clothes in basket
Step 3) When basket it full or you are out of clothes, empty basket by inverting it over a floor, table or chair.

The clothes at the top of the pile will have had the longest to lose their smell since you last wore them, therefore the cleanest.

Yes, yes it will. If you're smart about it, un-ironed clothes are fine. Just maybe iron your work clothes I guess.
