as girls finish puberty earlier than guys you will most likely reach your maximum height at 17-18years old. however, with both male and females, your growth plates in your spine will not fuse until you are 21 so there is possibility you can increase your height but it wont be a dramatic increase (few cms). you can do stretching and hanging exercises which may increase your height, but there's no research done to suggest these will work, just mentalists stories on the internet.

I'm 15 150 cm but I weigh 55kg. I have muscle density. Some people say that some who hit puberty late grow at a very quick rate just before 18.

To the OP yes there may be hope..some people i know in my extended family and friends i know, have been able to achieve second growth spurts..
I think my dad told me had a second one ...yeah he is taller than me ..but i'm still growing

I measured my growth from january and i had around 2 cm approx..at least in growth..

So i dunno maybe you should look at your mother's height and father's and see where they stand.. that should give you an idea of whether you may grow a few more cm... also if you have sisters or aunts..look around the family..

haha, i'm not depressed cause i think i'm short, i can just wear high heels for that, but i need to be 170cm for certain things and it makes me sad that i'm not. haha.
