thats only $15 US all up including shipping, and ffs that mascara is $40 in australia, probably more. In america i think its $19 RRP but this person has it for $10? legit or fake (even though they have lots of rep)?

Go through the negative feedback and check if there's a pattern of people complaining that they got a dodgy product. 98 sold. If it's fake, surely someone must have complained.

If it turns out to be fake and you pay through Paypal it's relatively easy to get your money back.

Do you have a debit/credit card? If not you won't be able to pay instantly I don't think. Otherwise if you check out with paypal it should give you the prompts to transfer money from your bank account.
