bernie is a socialist. not many people would agree with his green new deal policies especially as an economy so strongly dependent on fossil fuel cannot readily transition in such short amount of time as he would like, or as any of us would like. Idk really know much about the energy debate side of things but i just think we should be cautious and more cynical about these so-called "energy friendly" initiatives and companies. Like how friendly are they to birds that get whipped down in the hundreds by the windmills every year? How friendly are these massive green energy infrastructure to protecting bushland and forest? How much of its environmental caps and goals do they actually reach with the government and private funding, and do they actually use that money properly or does it go to someone's pocket, and disguise some sort of political maneouvre? How viable is it economically? Because no one is going to buy electric car if they ain't got money for it.
Hydrogen as a fuel source is much cleaner for the environment, and is pretty much equivalent if not better (especially with funding towards it in the coming years) than electric (battery) and other current options. There is a projected abatement of 509,000 tonnes annually of carbon emissions if we switched from diesel to hydrogen (for nsw buses) - as an example. It is the way forward whether we like it or not

hmm good cynical point there would defo be a level of corruption involving energy friendly stuff. as much as he'd like though, i think that it would be good in terms of actually sparking change in what seems to be a pretty apathetic world

Does her endorsements actually have that much weight? I swear Hillary had even more celebrity endorsements than Kamala back in 2016. She still lost.
not really bro. rfk jr's endorsement is probably more valuable, and if anything, the deep state will have a say in the election more than anyone else.

The moderator bias was infuriating. The context for Trump's cat statement was thiswhich happened a week before the electiondebate https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...se-eating-trump-claims-revealed-b2612904.html

some of the things he says are rude.

This is a right-wing outlet perspective on the debate to contrast the more mainstream left-wing ones out there:
