leadership style and training + development, tho i was lowkey cooked for that because i lowkey have not spent as much time on HR in comparison to ops, finance and marketing

i thought it was ops but ive just checked syllabus and
ops = Good/service differentiation
marketing = product/service differentiation
i think it was one of those exams that seemed easy at first glance but there were a lot of rly specific details you had to catch which is kinda shit, hopefully markers kinda accept both
