I used two pages from the V for Vendetta graphic novel by Alan Moore. I thought it worked well for themes and it was interesting to analyse and compare as a visual text.

I recommend doing as well as possible in multimedia because it scales really low. try to aim for a high band 6 if you want those 2 units to go towards your atar :)

In general, I didn't think the exam was too bad. A few of the multiple-choice were a bit weird, and I agree, I wasn't too sure what to do with the homepage question (diagrams??). I think they give you way too much time for the exam, over half my class left early. I finished the first 2 sections...

it's better to do an average/low scaling subject that you enjoy and have the potential to do really well in, than a high scaling subject that you don't enjoy and might not be great at.

I'm not sure, I don't think so. I talked broadly about ethical teachings and the quote, and then related it to environmental ethics only. I heard some of my friends talked about the significant person too (Pope john xxiii). I'm sure whatever you did worked fine.
