Section I - 7 pages Section II - 8 pages Section III - 6 and a half.. The questions were good... but my performance at the trials was muchhhhhh better.

i did an essay :S.. and at the end i just added "I remain to insist that bla bla"

oops sorry.. the above post was about section II... for section III you didnt have to link it with yourself or write in first person.. it could have been a general third person kind of thing... trust me i freaked out too, and immediately asked my english teacher after the exam.

yeah ive read over the different text types, language techniques etc.. but the preparation is not as easy as it is for section 3.

bloody hell.. the hsc is finally here.. and you cant even prepare.. section three.. yes.. but i always do crap in section 1.. arggh its too late.

im actually confused about schools... going to a disadvantaged school.. does that ultimately help your uai or disadvantage it? how important is the school anyway? also, does anyone know anything about subject scaling?... my subjects are above... im confused as hell about the whole process

As for my school... i go to those "disadvantaged" schools in the western suburbs.
