    I think/hope, that it is going to have a positive effect, because as someone mentioned hopefully the extra students are the dumb lot lolol. I doubt it's going to make too much of a difference though. By the way, you have your "effect" and "affect" mixed up! :p

    Personally I think that is really unfair. =[ How can one's effort be fairly and accurately measured? For example, someone can claim that s/he studies 24/7, yet fail all the exams, and still get dux? lol!
