What is the wierdest things that have happened at your job?? I work in a department store, and we have had fights, knifes being pulled etc We have also had people spew up everywhere, some guy took a dump on the floor (ewww!!) and one guy even had a heart attack!! All this in a regional...

Yeah... it sure does suck. I started when i was 15 and finished a few months later. They mixed up my DOB so i actually earned more (dont tell anyone!). It sucks really bad some times. The saying 'if you have time to lean then you have time to clean' should be the company motto..

Paywise - i was on an AWA under the guise that i was doing some bullshit retail operations certificate. This basically meant that Hungry Jacks got to pay me less, and got money for the government for helping to train the youth of Australia. AWA's suck, they rip you off if you are younger or...

I worked at Hungry Jacks (the worst 8 months of my life) until i got another job. The training consisted of watching lame ass american training videos and being put with someone more experienced for a few shifts until you got the hang of cooking etc. Fast food isnt rocket science, as indicated...

I got an interview with KPMG, but gone one of those thankyou letters. I just recently got a cadetship with a smaller firm (8 partners 60 staff). I think this job will be somewhat better, as you wont get lost in the crowd. Just some thoughts....
