➢ One methodology used is 'Somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT)'
o Ian Wilmut used this process to create Dolly the sheep
➢ The process includes:
o Taking cells from a mature ewe (sheep 1)
o The nucleus was removed from an unfertilised egg (enucleation) of another sheep (sheep 2)

I am assuming you are answering this dot point, "Explain why the concentration of water in cells should be maintained within a narrow range for optimal function"?
Water concentration needs to be maintained at a certain level as this coordinates the osmotic gradient and hence the concentration...
This is the first I am hearing of it :/ Although I cant find the quiz, I think this (http://subjectguides.library.unsw.edu.au/elise) is all the info you need to know in order to do the quiz.
When choosing times for lectures and tutorials, can we do them one after the other? Say there is a lecture from 9-11, can I put in another tutorial/lecture starting at 11? You obviously can't be there straight away since you have to go to another location so is being five minutes late...
Is it possible to transfer (after first year) to commerce and law from commerce and economics and still spend only 5 years at uni? What commerce subjects would I have to do in first year to make this possible? Thank you :)
Hello there
How difficult would it be to do an internal transfer from commerce and economics to law and commerce? Also since commerce and law is 5 years, would I end up staying for 6 years due to the transfer or would the commerce subjects I already did keep the degree at 5 years?
Hey! I dont know if you are still replying but hopefully you will see this :)
I just wanted to know how the workload for a comm/law degree is and how the life an Macquarie uni is?
Hi!
Is Macquarie law any lesser than UNSW/USYD law? As in will employers potentially look down on me if I go to Macquarie instead of UNSW?
I am interested in law but not quite sure if I want to go into law or accounting so is it better I do a combined degree at Macquarie or just forget about...
Hi!
Which of the universities (out of UNSW, USYD, UTS and Macquarie) provide the best commerce degrees, specifically in association to an accounting major? Also, which provide the best internship/ work experience opportunities?
Thanks :)
