hey jeff!! ive been using your legal studies notes as a basis for my notes in terms of structure and extra info, and they are fantastic. ive seen your posts round the place, and i have an assessment on wednesday, its an in-class essay. i wanted some help with structure. it's on the key question "to what extent is there a proper balance between the rights of the victim and the rights of the community; and between the rights of the victim and the rights of the accused?" ... ive got a whole lot of info but i dont know how to structure it, and i dont know how to elaborate on particular points. my email is sohan_92@hotmail.com and thats my MSN email as well, if you could give me any type of help, i would so appreciate that. thanks
