From what i have read and heard, USYD has better "pure" math courses. Shouldn't really matter much though, you can self learn interesting topics that aren't offered.

Discrete mathematics. Very interesting, but it really depends on your interests. Some of my friends are doing astronomy which is apparently a WAM booster and is all online.

We have a lot of people doing bio, probably more like 120 though
