No, its just multiple choice on English and Maths. There is a creative writing piece, which was about one page long. In the English section it was word associations, spelling, grammatical conventions and etc. There was no comprehension nor technique/concept analysis. In Maths it was random questions, not syllabus based and requires a diminutive amount of logical thinking such as your SNAP/ELLA and easier questions than the AMC. Creative writing would probably be either an essay, narrative, letter to editor, interview or etc. Good Luck, for next year.
