Forgive me if this is a silly question! This year I'll be a first year undergrad and I'm interested in trying out UNSW commerce. Is it possible to transfer halfway in my first year to USYD commerce if I don't enjoy unsw?

if the Y T rate is reduced for the richest earners, then the richest earners keep a higher proportion of their Y
