This may be a bit late, but I would go Commerce at UNSW because you can transfer into Commerce/Law without LAT. USyd is also pretty good in terms of Commerce and Advanced Studies or Law.

I'm hoping for a 90+ ATAR so I can go to USyd. Their ATAR cutoffs are Fixed, unlike UNSW. If I get bonus points, does it work on the Fixed ATARs at USyd?
