Does anyone have any idea what the case is in commerce? Do first year subjects count the same as say, third year subjects in calculating the WAM or GPA?

1) if you can be bothered to live canberra, go to ANU
2) if you want to mingle with the upper-crust / bourgouisie / slimy pretentious bastards, go to usyd
3) if you care more about your commerce degree and are only doing law because you don't want to 'waste'...

hi.. i'm really looking to do well in my hsc and i wish i could be like you. are you still available for tutoring? i live around usyd.. and i'm there monday, tuesday and wednesday from morning to afternoon.
looking good so far, but come back after trials. seriously, you've only done around 20% of everything that counts to your course. kinda like guessing the total exam mark from multiple choice.
usyd commerce with honours, if you feel that you'll be able to get in, will probably be a better option that macq comm/law. i think straight commerce just doesn't cut it in today's world though.
go to ANU, in light of your circumstances. it's just as good as usyd.
however, should you choose to come to usyd, law isn't so difficult that you wouldn't be able to get good marks without working.
