well i just did a simple rss reader/web browser using SWT, Java and ROME and came 1st in the state in 2005 SDD --- don't over-exert yourself on your major project, it's not worth it and if you end up spending hours on it every week it just kills your other subjects
i found out today my question 20 is gonna b used 4 the standards package cos it was a 'good 20 out of 20' or some shit.. did anyone else hear about their papers being used in stadards packages?

without arguing about the validity of the question too much.. i still think its possible for people to get a feel for what they've got - they can be pretty definite about multiple choice marks, and know roughly how many marks worth of questions they couldnt do.. then assuming everything they did...
yes soph its me lol - but perhaps i didnt do quite as well as i hoped (ie top10)... i lost 1 mark, possibly 2 depending on the examiners' decision about Q6 in multiple choice... the rest of it -- i felt it was fine.. but u neva know where u lose a mark :-/
