then ur able to do it? its based off of two things if 1- ur school is in it and 2 where u live. i am in the hood so i can do it. my school is also in the hood. so i can do it. if ur school isnt in the hood but u r u can do it

doesnt that mean ur school or area has benefits or smth im from low socieo economic area
