    All you want to know about the Educational Access Scheme (EAS).

    If you have language speaking barriers are you eligible? Like a friend of mine came from Sri lankan three years ago and all his schooling has been in Tamil medium (meaning he did not learn English well except for around an hour a week of English). Do you believe he is eligible?
