will anyone be able to explain what the main round offers process is? Do you recieve only the ONE offer (hopefully the first preference or if not, the second preference and so on..) or do you receive all offers on all preferences if there are places, and you can choose between the ones...

Why dont you do BCommerce at Macquarie? You just meet the cut-off mark, and if you go well in first year, maybe you can transfer?

I do SORII and I'll recommend that if youre interested in it then do 2u, but it means going more indepth than the 1 unit students, as you do everything that the one unit kiddos do... but in the HSC exam, you do 3 essays (to their one) and another cross study. SOR supposedly gets scaled...
