My prelim IPT notes so far. I made about half of them a while ago and then just been updating them the past few weeks (so the formatting is not entirely consistent).
Some sections incomplete (no notes for displaying (8.2.7) and nearly complete notes for 8.3).
If anyone has notes for displaying or for those last few dot points feel free to upload them
