This is an essay for the Consumer module that I wrote. It was an assessment task that was a pretty open ended question..I focused on a discussion of how the law protects consumers via a critical analysis of the mechanisms that have been put in place by the State to do just that. It analyses the effectiveness of such mechanisms using the syllabus dot points on the 'effectiveness of law'. I got 100% for this essay, and came 5th in the State for HSC Legal Studies in my graduating class...with a final mark of 97. I hope you find this essay useful.
