yes it is possible. I received an irregular offer, on the irregular offer form the selection officer for the course circles which round the irregular will be made. either second or third round can be circled. so i assume an offer can be made in both these rounds

I was wondering if anybody knew anything about becoming a legal officer (lawyer in the defense force). I have looked it all up on the defense jobs website, but i thought somebody might have some first hand experience thanks:)
