Do we have to answer questions in full sentences?

I thought so. It just seems redundant.

Do we have to answer questions in full sentences?

For e.g. Business, where it may ask a question such as: "Outline ONE method of payment which could be used by exporters to reduce their financial risk." Do I have to rewrite "One method of payment which could be used by exporters to reduce their financial risk is payment in advance..." or can I...

Do we have to answer questions in full sentences?

It just seems a bit tedious. Does anyone have a definitive answer that we SHOULD write in full sentences? I'm talking about the short answers questions and such, not the essays, obviously.

Help with HSC Past Paper Question - F=qvBsin(theta) and F=mv^2/r

I get that you set the equations equal, which leaves r=mv/qBsin40, but the question only works when you don't use sin40. Why is this? Isn't the sin40 part of the force exhibited on the electron, therefore shouldn't it be included? It's my first post, so be nice :) Thanks :D
