Energy drinks
I also like to avoid energy drink because i think these energy drinks have artificial flavor so there is no any energy we gain.

What kind of tea do you like?
I drink green tea because it is my favorite tea. Green tea has so many health benefits so i love to drink it and drink two cup of green tea i a day.

How much liquid do you drink a day ?
I drink lot of water in a day. I drink 4 litter water in a day. I think its enough to drink any liquid.

weightloss
For losing weight regular exercise is important with less food. In exercises running,jogging,cycling and yoga are best exercises. With these we can loss weight easily in a month.
