how do u guys get ur custom ringtones??? i have a 0.19 file, converted to the file format its meant to be in, then it shows up in ringtones on my itunes.. says its synced to my iphone but cant find it? help plzzzz going insane

silly question perhaps, but if you connect to a wi fi on ur mobile, say ur home wi fi or a wi fi hot spot, what u browse wen connected to it doesnt count towards ur d/load limit with ur carrier, correct?? sorry i know im blonde, but confused?
