Well, the topic basically says it all..... There is a high demand for this course in uni. It is hard to find a job as an actuary. The course is hard and demanding. So what are the benefits??????????? And why does everyone want to do this course????

but how come it produces so many frequencies? like how is THAT particular spectrum produced? the textbooks have explanations for how emission and absorption spectrum r produced but they dont explain a continuous spectrum :mad:

we dont need to know anything bout reflecting and refracting telescopes, do we? coz i cant see anything bout it in the syllabus but it is in a lot of new textbooks still
