yeah patways is also a great idea I did it for year 12 becuasue of my physical disability and although you have to stay at school for longer it will help you get the best marks you can in the HSC

Congrats kiddo, I had 2 friends @ skool last year 1 of them dropped out when she found out. The other completed her HSC and had plenty of support from my skool, family and friends and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy at the end of last year. So if thats anything to go by you can get through...

I did German in yr12 (2003) because modern history was so much work so the teachers suggested I do german, I wish I did hisory though coz I found german difficult I only got about 53 (band two) I sucked, but the teacher didn't help to much; which made it hard :(

Another senerio: i was studying 4 my Visual Arts exam last yr and my teacher was freaking us out getting us to study mountains of shit (even giving us an extra text book to study cover to cover with about 300 or so pages) so being that kinda student I worked my ass off and studied all the stuff...

Yea, going to uni mid year is common but u have to find out what courses are avalible at that time & at what uni, as not all course offer mid-year entry in particular courses

I would agree with getting the Excel book and also I leant how to do my notes in point form so I didnt have to remeber heaps of stuff (only taking down inportant stuff) I use to also highlight dates, names of artist/artwork and also highlighting important facts in any hand outs u get Also b4...

well.... being a Lithgow girl CSU is the closest uni for me (40 mins by car) but another two reasons for wanting to go to CSU next yr is that I'm close to home still if anything happens to me, due to the fact that I have a physical disability (I'm looking at living on campus, I don't drive)...

It will definitely b eye opening as I've never spent time in a 3rd world country(that i can remember) Maybe it'll make me value my achievements more in the hsc and appeciate what i have here in Aust. For me its the ultimate schoolies trip
