yeah cfs does scale really low in the report on scaling for 2002 it had that the mean mark for cfs was 36.1 and the scaled mark was 20.9. The way that a subject is scaled though changes evey year but hopefully we can both get a band 6.

i agree it was a dodgy question i think the answer is aerobic glycolysis because it was definatly refering to the lactic acid system as it uses muscle glycogen i just used a process of elimination as the other options were all talkin about the alactic acid system

They shouldn't hav really asked us that coz there's no where in the syllabus that says we need to know about demands or considerations of adult athletes only children,aged and females.
