Who pays board to live at home?

A little bit extra? How many people do you plan on moving in with to keep rent under $50-80 a week? Even if you don't plan on using electricity candles still cost money. You get sick of noodle packs fairly quickly. Have a sit down and write down everything that will cost you money just to stay...

Masters in education, online education, distance education, education technology, flexible learning, take your pick. Well a school has many reasons to hire or not hire you, the masters will count like a DipEd will according to the award. Since education is a priority area the masters has...

    GPA question

Both, unless you're good and switch degrees that are slightly different but the same in which case they would transfer only successful subjects. Like if you did a BCommerce and failed a heap, transfer over to a BBusiness with similar majors and transfer your good marks across :uhhuh: Of course...

    Difficult Situation

That's why I suggest seeing a professional. Self education won't go against centrelink earnings anyway so if you are contemplating it it means you are employed to some extent, and I am sure some of your courses have relevance to your current job no? Remember you might not be able to get the...

    Can employers do background checks?

If you are going for a job where the employer would care enough the least of your concerns would be them calling your previous employers, think more along the lines of Private Investigators. Unless you put it down on the resume then they wouldn't care anyway, of course having a 5 year gap...

    Can employers do background checks?

That would be a criminal background check. Some also like to do a "lazy bastard" background check and a "ego trip" background check

    Can employers do background checks?

They don't need anything of the kind to call ex-employers. To do a more thorough background check (criminal etc) they can just put it in as a condition of employment.

    Computer Music/Games Course - Merged

Game design has a lot of maths. Think of the amount of physics and AI algorithms the latest games contain then multiply it by 10. Not sure what the heck "game music" is supposed to be though? I don't think there's a uni course for that, maybe a major within a bachelor of music or something...

    What do the teachers want!?!?!?!?

All depends, a business studies essay should contain different things to a english one. Ask for a word limit or guide on how many words to aim for. Don't pad or waffle, answer the points.

    10% of what you learn?

No offence but I highly doubt you were at a position in the company where the usage of OB theory would have been much use. The theory is quite good in giving you a ground step to build your own methodology on top of and if you do an MBA or go for any kind of management training at any...
