hey BOS. i was just wondering whether the raw band cut-off marks for english std would be similar to that of english std? and if so by how big of a margin?

i'm a little confused. so basically you will not always get the 4th highest external exam mark as your moderated assessment mark if u come 4th, because u said something previously about the differnce between the ranks. i don't really get what you mean by that, can u please explain? thanks alot
