If it's written essay task or you have any sought of evidence, then take it to head teacher for english or some other Advanced english teachers and try to resolve it like that if you belive the marking was unfair. But really I've never seen a teacher mark unfairly in the hsc, teachers are here...

It's a speech. Common sense lol :) Presentation is obviously crucial lol not just entirely content. You have to stop referring to other teachers also, this teacher marked your assessment so really focus on his style/preference.

Sorry to hear man. But a speech you can not do much about it, unless it was video recorded or any type of filmed evidence. So chances are you consult with your teacher or head teacher and come to a resolution. I predict you wouldn't get any mark changes. Best solution is to work hard next...

First of all. AOS and Modules are totally different if you aware of it (Paper 1 and Paper 2). If you are good at Modules, not necessarily you are top in the AOS. So really your statement does not justify anything, nor why you deserve higher for the AOS.
