For enrolment dates- the earlier, the better. You are selecting your lecture and tutorial times as Musk said. The timetable system works on a first-come-first-serve basis, so the people who selected earlier times for the enrolment will get the better class times.

You should get your TFN asap. https://onestopadmin.uts.edu.au/t1tbmain.asp SID is student ID. It is pretty much the first thing you get on the Start@UTS website. The SID cards are done on enrollment day (photo taken and printed on the spot).
