I take Berocca Performace tablets that dissolve in water and Swisse Men Ultivites Vitamin Tablets. And occassionally, Omega 3 fish oil memory tablets -- not so often though. I wasn't much of a believer in these kinds of things but they do work.

In my personal opinion, most of the sciences, especially Physics. Economcis does pretty well too. And definitely 4U Maths and English.
