I'm really interested in becoming a social worker, but i'm not going to Uni till 2010, so I have no qualifications for my gap year, but I'd still really wanna do a job where I can get experience in my chosen field. I was thinking of maybe a traineeship, possibly in aged care? I'm not sure...

I'm considering doing a Bachelor of Social Work, and I was wondering if anyone else has done it and what they thought about it? Is it an interesting course? Also I noticed it had a practical element to it, I was wondering what kind of work people had done for it? Thanks :)
