Yep I meant those courses with the "comp" prefix. I am just worried that when they mention in the handbook "Year 1 courses" it means I HAVE to finish those courses within the first year, ie. the first 2 semesters. But if say I can still take those courses out of the first year then it shouldn't...

hi, I am a S2 2006 student and so I will be taking math1131 for this coming semester but I noticed a problem.. I would have to continue with math1231/1241 for my next semester which is S1 2007 but these subjects are only offered during S2 2007! So does that mean I have to stay for the summer...

Mednez, thanks for the advice :) appreciate your input. Yup seems like what you said is true, maths 1081 does clash alot. Guess I know more or less what to do.
