    Change should be made because it is environmentally friendly and will improve customer perceptions of the business and its products. Not moving holds the risk of a customer backlash - plus competitors might change first.

    Formula for debt to equity ratio in sykes text is incorrect. It is total liabilities/total equity (for HSC business studies anyway). Ignore tax - it will never ever come up.

    Probably more the second one...although that's a really dodgy part of the syllabus isn't it??? Why on earch are structural responses to change listed under nature and sources of change?....if you have time in exam list both I guess.

    Ok that is 15 per cent of your assessment which is 50 per cent of your total bus studies mark which is prob 20 per cent of your total hsc... in other words - the assessment was worth about 1.5 per cent of your total hsc and you got 2/3 - i.e. 1 out of a possible 1.5. You have plenty of space...
