The credit card number on the EFT, we have to check it against the number on the card. We only started doing it today, annoying as!

Customers are just fucked! Although I've heard the signs have made a come back because of the negative feedback, has anyone had their signs given back? Also, our store just started checking credit card details on the EFT slips, is anyone else doing that?

Unfortunately not, still the same 30 year old ones. I just had training as a xmas casual and the registers are terrible! They sooo not user friendly, what information and I suppose to get from that one line screen, pissed me right off! They said new registers will be introduced next year.

Well why didn't you speak up and say, 'excuse me, you've raised some good points (whatever your name is) but I think others would like to have a say aswell, I think that XX should've been attended to first because....., what do others think?' You were suppose to demonstrate leadership skills...

Yep, same thing happened to me, YAY!!!!! I'd assume we get the next email and info pack soon because training days start next week, but they also go till the end of November, so we could be waiting for a while.

How did the group interview go, what did you guys do? Can you give us abit of a run down?

I think it's pretty much straight away, a day or two after the group interview. Time is ticking, they want to have you trained, and have some on floor experience before the xmas rush starts.

Pisses me off too. Her mum or dad probably work at the store as a manager or something so she's basically guaranteed the job no matter how shit she works! Check this out, we've got, the floor manager and her daughter at the store, PLUS, we've got a store manager and her two sons aswell there...

Oh awesome, thanks! There's probably onto two sessions because there aren't that many people from your neck of the woods. It is a group interview so you can't have the small amount of people spread out over many sessions.

I'm 21 and working at coles as a checkout chick, casual, what's my pay rate? It seems something dodgy is going on. My ordinary pay rate is $20.02740, shouldn't my Sunday rate be 1.5 times that, at $30.0411? Instead I'm getting $28.27215, am I getting ripped off?
