    Also I signed the contract with them April 2008 so I was already under contract when the expenses occurred in the 2008/2009 financial year.

    I'm not sure about this one... I had the vice-chancellor equity scholarship last year, and was wondering if that continues to this year as well? I read somewhere it can be held for up to 5 years? But was I meant to reapply for it for this year or is there some renewal form i was meant to fill...
