i have hypotheticals to support it. say a small, new country is established. They would need capital to create the expensive infrastructure to support the population. This infrastructure is highly expensive per person, but as the population increases...
i think McCain is the most deserving of the two. However, that does not mean he will be a good president, and that's the most important. I'm quite undecided.
