    it allows for invididuals to cater for their own needs. It also allows for invidividuals to have a greater say in the decision making process eg for Aboriginals, the government has put in many inititiaves for them but many are ineffective as only they know what is truly right for them talk...

    do it. the workload drops a lot and therefore you hav more time to focus on better scalng stuff. plus standard isnt scaled to badly... go 4 it
