    Hey guys. Can anyone outline the procedure for Markdowns? The Store manager has asked me to start doing them every sunday, as part of some new shrinkage plan, but I've never done them before. I've never even used an RF Gun and/or printer before!

    Once it leaves our hands, you are actually not allowed to refund Smokes without a Managers approval (well, at my store at least). No Refunds on Smokes whatsoever. If you have been doing refunds on them, then IMO you are in the wrong.

    I know at least in our region (Region 1), we are no longer allowed to accept resumes in store. its online only. Any resumes re receive must go straight in the bin :(
