    Regretting or Hating any subjects?

I love all my classes... I just hate everyone IN them. There are some people in my Modern and Legal classes that I swear shouldn't have passed their SC let alone be let back into the school! I'm never going to get anything done in either class. -_-' Oh, and a girl in my French class keeps...

Is there any way of getting 95+ with these subjects?

You can get 95+ with any subjects. As long as you put in the effort, that is.

    14 units too much?

Don't let other students tell you what you can and can't handle. You obviously chose fourteen units of study for a reason, and if you can handle it, then that's great for you. I'm also doing fourteen units, by the way.

ATAR cut offs scaring anyone else?

I was reading all the cut offs at work yesterday, and found that Combined Law at USYD has gone up from 99.55 to 99.65. I though 99.55 was difficult enough, personally. Does anyone else have to re-evaluate whether or not they can actually put in the required work to get into the course they want...

    Hey New Yr 11's!!!

Well, I'm doing 14 units so I don't have free periods, but at least now I'm not going to be wasting my time embarrassing myself in sport or phys ed clasees! I'm excited about it because I get to do subjects I actually enjoy, and not just whatever other people are forcing me to learn. Good luck...

Who is ready for yr 11?

I'm ready, I think. I'm a bit enrvous and all, considering this is basically the last of our non-serious childhood stage and all, but I am so very sick of Year 10. NO MORE PE, NO MORE SPORT, NO MORE MUSIC AND TEXTILES AND SCIENCE! WOOT!

    Easiest and hardest SC exam??

The hardest was English. No doubt about it. The speech was just weird, and some of the texts weren't very clear, I think. Easiest, obviously, it goes without saying, but Computing. Otherwise, Maths. My Geography teacher is amazing, I did just fine in Hist/Geo. Science just isn't my forte. =]

    results on school certificate certificate?

The mark out of 50 is doubled to give a mark out of 100 (percentage). It is then scaled up and may give an odd numbered result.

Overall, was the School Certificate what you expected?

English was strange, I didn't like the speech at all, because practically, if you tried to draw out a thankyou for that long, you'd sound like a bit of a twit. The writing task was quite easy, the conservation questions were right up my alley. I also felt more confident in the multi choice, they...

SCHOOL CERT! Math free response last question

Do you think I'd get a mark for something terribly stupid like n^3 + (n-1)^3 + (n-2)^3 ... until zero is reached?
